Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
Ashley grew up in Lexington, TN and graduated from Lexington High School. She is married and has one daughter. She is also a member of the Lexington Civic League and the First United Methodist Church in Lexington.
She is a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP). Her scope of practice as a healthcare professional is primarily children’s healthcare needs, from infants to young adults up to 18 years of age. Pediatric Nurse Practitioners can perform physical exams, take health histories, diagnose and treat illnesses or injuries, order and interpret lab results and x-rays, counsel patients and families, and provide health education to the community.
Ashley received her Associates Degree in Nursing from Jackson State Community College in Jackson, TN in May 2007.
She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Memphis in May 2008.
She obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University in August 2009.
Ashley worked as a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital from 2007 to 2009.
