Nurse Practitioner
Crystal, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about serving the children and families of the community she has always called home. Born and raised in Henderson County, she attended Caywood Elementary School and graduated from Lexington High School in 2003. Her deep roots in the area and commitment to caring for others have shaped her career and dedication to healthcare.
Crystal began her nursing career after becoming a Registered Nurse in May 2006. She started working in Labor & Delivery at Regional Hospital of Jackson, where she gained valuable experience caring for mothers and newborns during some of life’s most memorable moments. In 2007, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee at Martin and continued her education at Union University, graduating in December 2011 with a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
For more than a decade, Crystal has provided compassionate, patient-centered care to families in Lexington and the surrounding communities. In June 2019, she joined the team at Lentz Pediatrics, where she enjoys building lasting relationships with children and their families while helping patients achieve their healthiest and happiest lives.
Crystal values the opportunity to serve the community that has given so much to her and her family. She is committed to providing evidence-based care, promoting preventive health, and partnering with parents to support their children’s growth and development.
Outside of the office, Crystal enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children, Ross, Madison, and Taylor. She is an active member of First Baptist Church in Lexington and remains dedicated to serving both her patients and her community.
Crystal looks forward to continuing to care for the pediatric patients of Lexington and helping families navigate every stage of childhood with confidence and support.
