Appointments
All patients are seen by appointment only. Please call the office to schedule check-ups and sports physicals well in advance of the desired appointment date. Sick appointments will be scheduled the same day.
A provider is on call after hours for urgent medical questions only. For routine questions or to request a prescription refill, please call during regular office hours, which are:
Monday – Thursday from 8.00 am – 5:00 pm
Friday from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
